My name is Andy, and I am a qualified Massage and Reiki therapist with five years of professional experience. I am currently pursuing a BSc in Sports Therapy at Hartpury University, further enhancing my knowledge and skills to support individuals in achieving optimal health and performance. I believe that wellbeing—both physical and mental—is fundamental, yet it is often neglected until we reach a point of discomfort or exhaustion. My approach is centred on helping clients restore balance, recover effectively, and return to the activities they enjoy with renewed energy and confidence.
